Eleanor Roosevelt sticker

“It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness.” Eleanor Roosevelt (1884–1962), often called the “First Lady of the World,” was one of the most influential and compassionate leaders of the twentieth century. As the longest-serving First Lady of the United States from 1933 to 1945, she transformed the role into a powerful platform for social change. Roosevelt championed the expansion of women’s roles in the workplace, spoke out courageously for the civil rights of people of color, and worked tirelessly to uplift the marginalized during times of national hardship. After the White House, she continued her global advocacy as the first chair of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. • thick durable matte vinyl die cut sticker • 1.94”w x 3.25”h • the sticker is shipped loose, no packaging "high-quality, durable vinyl that's weather-proof, waterproof and designed to last up to five years.
